How do you get new stylists busy? How can you support seasoned stylists in recruiting new clients? Andrea Eaton, General Manager of Paris Parker Salons and Spas, will be joining us to share a successful program for recruiting new guests which can build a new stylist’s book in 3 months. The “Modeling Program” is a structured approach to recruiting new guests outside of the salon or spa by inviting them to be a model for a free service. Using this approach, new stylists have been equipped to recruit 8-10 new guests in an hour. Andrea will share the right target audience, approach and follow-through to support your team in recruiting and retaining new guests.
